  • Implement Initial Screening Interview by      conducting Competency &DISC interview

 

3. Evaluation and Training of candidates

  • Conduct In- depth Interview to assess job match rate
  • Provide professional training for certain positions
  • Check and verify candidates’ credentials

4. Documentation and Application

  •   Assist Employer prepare employment contract

  •  Explain the terms of employment to candidates

  •  Ensure documents are authentic and accurate

  •  Complete work pass application within 3 working days

       

5.  Accommodation and Orientation

  •  Assist candidate source for legal accommodation

  • Conduct professional orientation& briefing before candidate’s commencement

 

6. Post Arrival Services

  • Assist in insurance purchasing

  • Ferry workers to medical check-ups

  • Complete work pass registration 

       

7.  After-Sales Support Services

  •  On and Off Board Support & Management

  •  Probation management

  •  2- years Employee Relationship Management

  • Repatriation Service upon completion/termination of contract

         

8.  Tracking and verification

  • Regularly update latest MOM policy to the employer

  • Provide the latest labor market trend, provide human resources business analysis& tailor-made human resources planning.
